Carpet: light wear, no stains. Windows: blinds intact. Two outlets loose, recommend tightening.

Kitchen

Oven: needs deep clean. Fridge: clean, no dents. Sink: no leaks. Cabinet under sink has minor water mark.

Main bath: caulk cracking at tub edge. Toilet: flushes. Exhaust fan noisy.
