How do I get back into my account?
Open the app and sign in with the same account you used before. If you switched devices or cannot access the correct sign-in method, email [email protected] with a short description of the issue and the email address tied to your account.
How do credits and billing work?
Voiz Report uses report credits for usage. Credits can be purchased and billing can be managed on the web. If a charge looks wrong or auto-recharge is not behaving as expected, email [email protected] and include the account email plus the billing issue you are seeing.
How do I start with the right template?
Start from the template library if you want a proven workflow for inspections, service visits, handovers, or recurring reporting. You can also import a shared template into your account. If you are unsure which template fits your use case, send [email protected] a short description of your workflow.
How do I share or print a report?
Completed reports are designed to be reviewed, shared, and exported in a clean format the office can use immediately. If sharing, PDF export, or print output is not working the way you expect, email [email protected] with the report link or template name and what happened.
Why are my photos or attachments not showing up?
Photo and evidence capture depends on device permissions, connection quality, and the reporting flow you are using. First confirm camera or photo access is allowed on the device, then try again from the report. If uploads still fail or attachments are missing, contact [email protected] with the device type and a short description of the issue.
How do analysis and generated summaries work?
Voiz Report can turn structured submissions into readable summaries and analysis views so teams can spot trends and act faster. If an analysis looks incomplete, fails to generate, or does not match the underlying reports, email [email protected] with the template involved and what seems off.
